2011-2012 SEASON TICKET EXCHANGE
 
 

Policy

  1. Ticket exchanges are a subscriber privilege only
     
  2. Requests for an exchange are accepted on receipt of tickets up to two business days before the concert – No exchange will be possible after that point
     
  3. Exchange fees of $5.50 per ticket (plus taxes) apply
    • No exchange fees for Maestro subscribers
    • 1st exchange free

  
Procedures
There are trois ways to go about exchanging tickets:

  1. In person

    OSM ticketing office
    260 de Maisonneuve Blvd. West, 2nd floor
    Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
     
  2. By mail

    To carry out your exchange:

    STEP 1: Invalidate your tickets by clearly writing “Cancelled” on them

    STEP 2: Send your tickets through the mail to the following address:

    (tickets must be received at least two business days before the concert exchanged for)

    Montreal, Qc  H2X 1Y9

    Include a note indicating the date of the concert desired as well as your name, file number and telephone number to ensure the most efficient treatment.

    To carry out your exchange:

    Please contact our customer service at 514 842-9951 / 1 888 842-9951

2010-2011 SEASON TICKET EXCHANGE
 
Policy

  3. Requests for an exchange will be accepted starting Monday, June 21, 2010
     
  4. Exchange fees of $5.50 per ticket (plus taxes) apply
    • No exchange fees for Maestro subscribers
    • 1st exchange free
    • 2nd exchange free if requested before Friday, July 2, 2010
