L'Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal

Among the judges who return each year to judge the talent and excellence of the artists participating in the OSM Standard Life Competition are OSM musicians, fabled teachers, instrumentalists, singers, and world-renowned conductors and artistic directors.

• Stéphane Lemelin (Canada), concert pianist, Professor and Chair of the School of Music at Ottawa University, member of Trio Hochelaga.
• Natalie Pepin (Canada), pianist, Professor Emeritus, Université de Montréal

Percussion category: 

• Ian Bernard (Canada), Principal Timpani, National Arts Centre Orchestra, Ottawa
• Serge Desgagnés (Canada), Principal Percussion with the OSM
• Carol Lemieux (Canada), percussionist, Director of the Conservatoire de musique de Québec
