Of an often personal nature, Fauré’s music sets itself apart by demonstrating a profound sensitivity bolstered by sophisticated harmonic writing, and it charms through its fluid melodies and diversity of expression. Also featured in Bourgie Hall’s Tribute to Fauré series, and through three masterpieces of the chamber music repertoire, soloists from the OSM and pianist François Zeitouni invite you to explore the unique world of this composer whose death occurred 100 years ago.
