Health and safety come first!

The OSM considers its audience’s health and safety as its number-one priority. Measures have, therefore, been put in place for the 2020–2021 season, enabling you to enjoy the music with complete peace of mind.

 

Below is an overview of measures adopted in compliance with Public Health recommendations and in close collaboration with the Maison symphonique and Place des Arts.

For worry-free accommodation and admission into the hall:

Doors open one hour before the concert

Reception of audiences at the Salon Urbain (located across from the Maison symphonique) in compliance with physical distancing rules

Electronic tickets preferred

Routine checking for symptoms associated with COVID-19

Wearing of face coverings is mandatory

Hand sanitizer dispensers on the premises

Water fountains out of service at the Maison symphonique

Gradual, phased entry of spectators into the hall and signage to facilitate circulation

Bar service at restricted capacity, with table service only

Access to bathrooms only on Parterre and Corbeille levels

Digital concert programs sent out via email prior to concerts

A maximum of 2 people from the same household is permitted in elevators

Latecomers admitted at appropriate moment

For an optimal concert experience:

Hand sanitizer dispensers on the premises

Signage to facilitate circulation in the foyers of the Maison symphonique

Socially distanced concerts compliant with Public Health directives

Wearing of face coverings is mandatory while circulating within the hall and optional once spectators are seated, for the duration of the concert

Concerts are presented without intermission

For a smooth exit of the hall:

Gradual, phased exit of the hall and signage to facilitate circulation

Wearing of face coverings is mandatory

A maximum of 2 people from the same household is permitted in elevators
