Choose your concert, but not where you'll be seated and discover the location of your seats the eve of the concert!
In keeping with its ongoing commitment of accessibility, the OSM is introducing a new ticket option for the 2026–2027 season: the Mystery Ticket. Starting at just $28, you can secure a guaranteed seat for the concert of your choice, but the location of your seat will only be revealed the day before the performance. This lower-priced ticket, which is even more affordable than the least expensive regular category, could place you anywhere from front-row seats to the back of the balcony. After all, nothing ventured, nothing gained!
Mystery Tickets are available in limited quantities: the earlier you purchase, the better your chances of getting great seats… so don’t wait!

Frequently Asked Questions – Mystery Ticket
This rate is available for most OSM concerts, depending on seat availability.
POP, Children’s Corner and benefit concerts as well as coproductions are excluded from this offer.
Mystery Ticket availability may change at any time for a given concert.
When offered, approximately one hundred Mystery Tickets are made available per concert.
Regular concerts with orchestra : $30 before taxes
Express concerts, Symphonic Matinees and non-orchestral concerts : $28 before taxes
Yes, you are guaranteed access to the concert.
Any seat in the hall may be assigned to you.
Seat assignments are made on a first come, first served basis.
Mystery Ticket holders do not choose their seats. The seat assigned to the ticket holder is binding. No changes or relocations can be made.
Guests who purchase up to four Mystery Tickets for the same concert will be seated together.
The OSM will make every effort not to separate groups.
Your valid ticket showing your assigned seat will be sent to you no later than the day before the concert.
You may exchange your tickets for another concert of your choice during the current season by contacting our customer service department no later than 24 hours before the time of your concert.
An exchange fee of $10 per ticket (plus taxes) applies to exchanges. In the event of an exchange for a ticket of greater value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
