Ticket exchange policy and procedure

Exchange Policy

Due to current conditions relted to COVID-19, we have softened our exchange policy. You can now redeem your tickets by contacting our Customer Service Department before 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of an evening concert or before 7:00 p.m. the day prior to a daytime concert. No exchange fees will be applied for 19–20 or 20–21 subscribers, although a $15 per ticket fee will be charged to single ticket holders.

Tickets are redeemable for other concerts but may also be credited to your account or be transferred as a gift certificate.

Refund Policy

Anyone experiencing symptoms of the COVID-19 or that have been in contact with someone diagnosed as a carrier of the virus are requested to avoid attending the concert. Should such a situation occur, please contact our Customer Service Department and a refund will be granted. Charges may apply.
