La musique sur ordonnance
When music promotes good health.
With their common goal of highlighting the benefits of music and making them accessible to all, the OSM and Médecins francophones du Canada join forces to launch of an innovative program: La musique sur ordonnance (Music on Prescription).
From now on, all doctors will be able to prescribe an OSM concert to their patients, giving them free access to a live musical experience as well as a valuable complement to support well-being and health.
Why prescribe music?
In today’s context, where there is a growing interest in diversifying therapeutic approaches and promoting overall health strategies, music stands out as a relevant complementary tool. Numerous studies show that music has positive effects on various aspects of physical and mental health.
