The Maison symphonique offers a coat check service from November to April. You may drop off your personal belongings (coats, jackets, umbrellas, etc.) for a $3 fee per person.
For security reasons, only bags that can easily be placed under the seats are accepted in the concert hall. Any bag or object larger than 45 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm (18″ x 13″ x 8″) must be left at the coat check.
Wheelchair accessible seating is available at all our concerts. Some seats at the Maison symphonique are wider or have more legroom. To find out about the availability of these seats or to make a reservation, contact us at [email protected] or call 514 840-7914.
At all our concerts, a staff member of the Maison symphonique is specially assigned to assist people with reduced mobility, in order to offer you the following services :
- Direction and accompaniment to your seat
- Storage of your mobility aids during the concert
- Escorting you to the exit
The Maison symphonique is equipped with a tuning system that allows the hearing impaired to pick up the concert signal. You can bring your radio, walkman or hearing aid with headphones and tune in to 104.5 FM.
Three (3) hearing aids are available at the checkroom of the Maison symphonique. You may borrow one free of charge in exchange for a valid identification. You may use your own headphones with a standard 3.5 mm jack plug on these devices.
